Crime Stoppers of Morgan & Scott County are requesting information to assist the Jacksonville Police Department in their Investigation of a recent Residential Burglary. Sometime between 7:42 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

on Friday, May 3; unknown person(s) damaged a door to make entry into a residence in the 700 block of Finley Street.

Several items were removed from the residence. Among those were: A Sony PlayStation 4 gaming system, a Spiedel gold herringbone necklace, a gold wedding band and a 1977 Beardstown Class ring. Also removed were a Mossburg 500 12- gauge shotgun, a Browning A5 Humpback 12- gauge shotgun, a Winchester 1200 12- gauge shotgun, a New England .410 single shotgun and a 32 inch Vizio flat screen television.

Crime Stoppers of Morgan & Scott County are requesting information to assist the Jacksonville Police Department in their Investigation of recent Criminal Damage case. Sometime in the overnight hours of May 8 and May 9: Unknown person(s) used an object to break a window out at a business located in the 600 block of North Main.

Crime Stoppers of Morgan 7 Scott County are requesting Information to assist the Jacksonville Police Department in their Investigation of a recent Armed Robbery.

At 12:25p.m. on Friday April 19, Officers responded to the Subway restaurant in the 900 block of West Morton. Employees advised a Male displaying a handgun had just demanded money and fled the business. Witnesses described the suspect as a Black Male with a Dreads hairstyle, approximately 5'8" to 6 feet in height. He was wearing all black clothing and a mask at the time of the robbery. Witness stated the suspect fled Westbound on Hoagland Blvd. in a Silver Vehicle with a Sunroof and Spoiler bar, possibly a Ford Fusion.

Crime Stoppers of Morgan & Scott County are requesting information to assist the Jacksonville Police Department in their Investigation of a recent Theft.

Sometime between 10p.m. on April 12 and 3p.m. on April 13: Unknown person(s) entered a garage in the 800 block of West Douglas and removed several tools.

Among the items taken were a 18volt Cordless Circular saw, a Grey Metal Chop Saw with a Black & White Stand, a 18volt Ryobi cordless weed eater and a Ryobi Impact Driver

Crime Stoppers of Morgan & Scott County are requesting information to assist the Morgan County Sheriffs office in their Investigation of a recent Theft. Sometime between 7:20p.m. on April 9 and 6:15a.m. on April 10: unknown person(s) removed a generator from a residence in the 500 block of Wabash in Alexander. The Ryobi 200 Watt generator is yellow and gray in color and valued at $700

Crime Stoppers of Morgan & Scott County are requesting information to assist the Jacksonville Police Department in their Investigation of a recent Residential Burglary. Sometime between 5:15p.m. on March 31 and 5:30p.m. on April 1: unknown person(s) damaged a window to make entry into a residence on Gettysburg Drive.

The residence was ransacked and items removed. Among the items removed were a Pink 9MM Sccy Handgun, HP Notebook, Two PlayStation consoles, Frontier Smart Watch, miscellaneous Jewelry and an undisclosed amount of Cash.

Sometime between December 18, 2018 and March 27, 2019: Unknown person(s) cut a padlock on a storage unit in the 300 block of West Lafayette and removed items. Among the items removed were: a Grey Rigid Saw Stand and Tabletop Drill Press. A Rigid PSI Power Washer and a red Murray Push Lawnmower.

Crime Stoppers of Morgan & Scott County are requesting information to assist the Jacksonville Police Department in their investigations of five separate acts of criminal damage that occurred on St Patrick's Day, March 17.

The first occurred just after midnight in the 900 block of North East. An exterior door to a residence was damaged when attempts were made to pry it open. The same thing occurred later at a residence in the 300 block of Finley street.

Tires were punctured on a unoccupied parked vehicle in the 800 block of North Church.

A BB gun was used to cause damage to windows and siding around 10p.m. to a residence on Center street. The same occurred a short time later to a residence in the 900 block of North East street.

Sometime between 10p.m. on March 10 and 5:00a.m. on March 11: unknown person(s) used an object to slash tires on a unoccupied parked vehicle in the 600 block of West Morgan.

Crime Stoppers of Morgan & Scott County are requesting information to assist the Jacksonville Police Department in their Investigation of a recent Burglary.

Sometime between 6p.m. on March 2 and 9:45a.m. on March 3; unknown person(s) damaged a door to make entry into a residence in the 1100 block of East Independence.

Several items were removed from the residence. Among those were a Ruby stone Masonic ring, several pocket watches and Firearms. A Black and Gold 22 Bearcat revolver and a .38 Gold Peacemaker are missing.

Crime Stoppers is requesting information to assist the Jacksonville Police Department in their Investigation of a recent Theft. The Theft occurred at Wal -Mart on Saturday March 2 at approximately 4:30p.m.

Unknown person(s) took control of an unattended shopping cart that contained a Coach brand wristlet purse, black,grey and white in color. Among the items inside the purse was credit cards, a Samsung Galaxy cell phone and an undetermined amount of cash.

Crime Stoppers of Morgan & Scott County are requesting information to assist the Jacksonville Police Department in their Investigation of a recent vehicle Hit & Run. Sometime on February 13, an unoccupied parked vehicle was struck in the 300 block of Park Street near Illinois College.

The suspect vehicle should have sustained minor front end damage.

Sometime between 10:15p.m.on December 13 and 3:40p.m. on December 14: unknown person(s) damaged a door and made entry to a residence in the 700 block of North Prairie.

     Items were then removed from the residence. Amont the items removed were a 55' Sansui Televison, a Sony Playstation 4 and video games. Estimated loss of the items is over $1000

Sometime between 10;30p.m. on December 13 and 9:30a.m. on December 14: Unknown person(s) removed a 2000 Tan Cadillac Deville from a residence in the 1000 block of East Morton. The vehicle is described as Tan in color with a Golf Ball Hood Ornament.
